Bronzly's platform — including its booking flow, client accounts, and all related services — is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account or completing a booking through Bronzly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through the Bronzly platform. If we become aware that a client account was created by or for an individual under 18, we will take steps to terminate that account and remove associated data in accordance with applicable law.
Every client who books through Bronzly must affirmatively confirm the following at the time of booking:
"I confirm I am 18 years of age or older."
This confirmation is a required condition of completing a booking. Bookings submitted without this confirmation will be rejected.
Bronzly acknowledges that some studios offer spray tanning services to clients under 18 where local law permits. If a studio chooses to serve minor clients, those clients must complete the studio's own off-platform consent process — which may include parental or guardian consent in writing, in-person guardian presence, or other measures required by the studio's jurisdiction.
Bronzly does not facilitate guardian consent for minors. The platform does not collect parental or guardian information, does not provide guardian consent forms, and does not verify guardian identity or authorization. Studios that serve minor clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable state and local laws governing cosmetic services for minors, including any parental consent requirements.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to online services that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Bronzly does not direct its services to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Because Bronzly's platform minimum age is 18, COPPA obligations do not arise in the ordinary course of platform use.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Bronzly platform, please contact us at support@bronzly.app. We will investigate and delete any such information promptly.
This Minors Policy supplements Bronzly's Platform Terms of Service. The eligibility and minimum-age requirements set forth in the Terms of Service apply in full. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
