Getting Started
Plans, migration, what Bronzly is, and how to launch your studio.
How much does Bronzly cost?
Bronzly has three public plans. Solo is $9/month for unlimited services and bookings, Google Calendar sync, and sales/deposit reporting. Pro is $39/month for route optimization, rinse reminders, deposits, card-on-file checkout, AI CRM automations, and QuickBooks-ready exports. Studio is $69/month for team scheduling, roles, in-app messaging, Shopify inventory mirroring, and artist-level reporting.
PermalinkWhat is Solo?
Solo is Bronzly's $9/month public entry plan for independent spray tan artists. It includes online booking, full client profiles, deposit and cancellation controls, reminders, marketplace listing, and basic revenue analytics. Upgrade to Pro or Studio when you need deeper automation, team controls, inventory, and reporting.
PermalinkWhat is the difference between Bronzly's Pro and Studio plans?
Pro ($39/month) is built for booked-out artists that need route optimization, rinse reminders, deposits, card-on-file checkout, AI CRM automations, and QuickBooks-ready exports. Studio ($69/month) adds team scheduling, roles, in-app messaging, Shopify inventory mirroring, and artist-level reporting.
PermalinkWhat does Studio white-label include?
Studio is $69/month and adds team scheduling, roles, in-app messaging, Shopify inventory mirroring, and artist-level reporting. Bronzly can support branded booking experiences and custom domains where configured, but the public Studio plan is designed for growing spray tan teams that need multi-artist operations without enterprise implementation overhead.
PermalinkDoes Bronzly compete with Vagaro and Booksy?
Yes — but only in the spray tan vertical. Vagaro and Booksy serve the entire beauty market (hair, nails, lashes, massage, spa). Bronzly is built only for spray tan, which is why it has features no competitor offers: automated rinse-time SMS keyed to solution, per-client tan history CRM with skin-type and contraindication tracking, and solution-aware checkout. Studios primarily doing spray tan switch to Bronzly for these tools.
PermalinkCan I import my existing client list from another platform?
Yes. Bronzly imports CSV exports from Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square Appointments, Mindbody, StyleSeat, and Schedulicity directly. Names, emails, phone numbers, and basic appointment history map automatically. Most artists complete migration in under 30 minutes for lists of 200 clients or fewer. Studios with larger or more complex setups can request guided onboarding from Bronzly's team during signup.
PermalinkHow do I switch to Bronzly from my current tool?
Switching takes minutes. Export a CSV of your clients from your current tool (Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, Square, Mindbody, StyleSeat, or Schedulicity), then in Bronzly go to Settings → Import Clients and upload it — names, emails, phones, and basic history map automatically. Prefer we do it for you? Email your export to support@bronzly.app and we'll import it within one business day, free. See /switch for the step-by-step guide.
PermalinkDoes Bronzly include a native mobile app for clients?
Yes — every Bronzly tier (including Solo at $9/month) includes the native iOS and Android client app. Clients receive push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and rinse-time alerts. The app is published under the Bronzly brand on Solo/Pro/Studio and can be fully white-labeled (custom icon, splash, name) on Studio.
PermalinkHow much can a spray tan studio realistically make on Bronzly?
Solo spray tan artists on Solo typically run $35,000–$140,000 in annual revenue depending on city, marketing, and pricing. Multi-staff studios on Pro or Studio commonly run $180,000–$500,000+. The platform fee on $200,000 in annual bookings is $3,380 at Solo (1.69%), or $2,180 at Studio (1.09%) — typically recovered by deposit protection preventing 1–2 no-shows per month at $50 each. Stripe processing fees are additional and passed through at cost.
PermalinkI'm a spray tan artist. How do I list my studio?
Bronzly is a full studio-management platform for tanning professionals. Visit the features page or pricing page to learn more, pick the tier that fits, and sign up — or email support@bronzly.app and we'll help you get set up.
PermalinkHow do I set up the email address clients see for my studio?
Go to Settings → Booking Page and fill in the Public email field (for example hello@yourstudio.com). This is the address shown to clients on your booking site and confirmations, so use an inbox you actually check. It works for every studio — mobile artists and fixed studios alike — and needs no extra setup. Leaving it blank simply hides the email from clients. A custom sending domain is a separate, optional step on the same page for studios that want confirmations to come from their own domain; you do not need one to start taking bookings.
