How do I create an account?

Open the Bronzly app and sign up with your email or Apple ID. We'll send a one-time code to verify you. No password to remember.
I can't sign in. What now?
+
Make sure you're using the same email or Apple ID you signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@bronzly.app and we'll get you back in within one business day.
How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. We'll confirm your identity and permanently scrub your personal data within 30 days, as required by CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Booking & Cancellations
How do I book a spray tan?

Open the app, find a studio near you, pick a service, choose an open time slot, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation immediately.
How do I cancel or reschedule?

Tap your appointment in the app and select Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellation rules are set by each studio — see your Cancellation Policy for details.
What if I'm late or don't show up?

Each studio sets their own late and no-show rules, including any fees. These are shown when you book and again in your confirmation. Contact the studio directly through the app if you're running late.
Payments & Refunds
How is my payment information stored?

Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Bronzly never stores or sees your full card number.
I was charged for a no-show. How do I dispute it?

No-show and late-cancel charges are applied by the studio per their published policy. Contact the studio directly through the app first. If the issue isn't resolved, email support@bronzly.app.
How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility is set by each studio's policy. If a studio approves a refund, it's issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Privacy & Your Data
What data does Bronzly collect about me?

Name, email, phone, appointment history, and any preferences you set (like Fitzpatrick skin type). See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your skin profile and appointment history stay yours.
How do I request a copy or deletion of my data?

Email privacy@bronzly.app with your request. We respond to CCPA and GDPR requests within 30 days.
