1. Step 1

   Export your client list from Vagaro

   In Vagaro, go to Settings → Customers → Export. Choose 'All Customers' and CSV format. Save the file. Vagaro typically delivers the export in under 2 minutes.

2. Step 2

   Sign up for Bronzly Glow

   Visit https://bronzly.app/sign-up and start the 30-day free trial. Credit card required, no SaaS charge until day 31. The 2.99% transaction fee on bookings still applies during the trial.

3. Step 3

   Connect Stripe Express for payouts

   During Bronzly onboarding, click 'Connect Stripe' and complete the Stripe Express account setup (tax ID, bank account, identity verification). This handles all client payments and routes funds to your bank with T+2 standard payouts (T+1 on Studio and above).

4. Step 4

   Import the Vagaro CSV

   In Bronzly, go to Settings → Migrate Clients → Upload CSV. Map the Vagaro fields to Bronzly fields (Name, Email, Phone, Notes). Bronzly auto-detects standard Vagaro export format. Review the preview, then confirm. Most imports complete in under 60 seconds.

5. Step 5

   Recreate your service menu

   In Bronzly Settings → Services, add your service catalog (Classic, Rapid, Dark, Competition, etc.) with duration and price. Set deposit and no-show policies. Most artists complete this step in 10–15 minutes.

6. Step 6

   Update your Google Business Profile booking link

   In Google Business Profile, replace the Vagaro booking URL with your Bronzly booking link. New bookings will route to Bronzly immediately. Existing future bookings on Vagaro can be honored on Vagaro and the account closed once they're cleared.

7. Step 7

   Cancel Vagaro at the end of your billing cycle

   Once all Vagaro future bookings are cleared and your Bronzly account is live, cancel Vagaro from Vagaro Settings → Account. Vagaro is month-to-month and cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
