   Configure Bronzly to capture a $25 deposit at booking confirmation. The deposit applies to the service total when the client shows up. Clients who have prepaid $25 are 5x less likely to no-show than clients who haven't.

3. Step 3

   Set a $50 no-show fee

   Configure Bronzly's no-show fee at $50 (industry standard). When you flag a no-show on the appointment, Bronzly auto-charges the saved card via Stripe Connect. The fee is itemized as 'No-show fee per booking policy' on the receipt to reduce dispute risk.

4. Step 4

   Send the cancellation policy in every confirmation

   Bronzly auto-includes the cancellation policy in every booking confirmation SMS and email. Clients who can quote the policy back to you are dramatically less likely to dispute the no-show charge if it's applied.

5. Step 5

   Send a 24-hour reminder SMS

   Bronzly sends an automated reminder SMS 24 hours before each appointment with the studio's prep checklist and a one-tap link to confirm or reschedule. The reminder reduces no-shows by 30–50% on its own.

6. Step 6

   Send a 2-hour reminder SMS

   Bronzly sends a final reminder 2 hours before the appointment with the studio address and a 'running late?' link. Combined with the 24-hour reminder, no-show rate drops to 2–4% from a baseline of 12–18%.

7. Step 7

   Auto-flag chronic no-shows for prepay-only

   Bronzly's client profile shows historical no-show count. Clients with 2+ historical no-shows can be auto-flagged 'prepay only' — Bronzly requires full payment at booking instead of a deposit. The chronic no-show segment converts to either reliable clients or non-clients quickly.
