Post-Tan Review SMS

Automated SMS sent the day after a tan asking the client to leave a public review.

A post-tan review SMS is the automated message sent to a client roughly 24 hours after their spray tan asking them to leave a public review on Google Business Profile or Yelp. Timing matters: the client has had time to see the developed tan and form an opinion but has not yet had time to forget the experience. Best-practice flow uses a two-step prompt: 'How would you rate your experience? 1–5 stars.' If 4–5, the message routes the client to the public Google review form.
