Rinse Reminder

A rinse reminder is the automated SMS sent to a spray tan client at the precise window when they should rinse for optimal tan depth — typically 2 hours after a rapid tan, 8 hours after a classic, or in the morning after an overnight. Without an automated rinse reminder, the client is responsible for remembering the window themselves, which results in either over-developed (too dark) or under-developed (uneven) tans plus inbound questions to the artist at inconvenient hours ('Is it time yet?').
