Why is Pro the recommended plan?
Pro is $39/month and adds the full automation suite — gift cards, packages & memberships, automated reviews & CRM, email + SMS reminders, and no-show tracking — on top of everything in Solo, at a lower 1.39% platform fee.
What's the platform fee on Pro?
Pro's published platform fee is 1.39% of eligible card-payment volume, excluding tips and taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Stripe processing is separate.
Do I need Studio, or is Pro enough?
Pro is enough for most solo and duo artists. Choose Studio when you need multiple artist seats, a shared team calendar with commissions, the AI receptionist, or premium analytics.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime and it stays active through the end of your current billing period. Your data stays exportable via one-click CSV at any time.
Can I downgrade or upgrade from Pro later?
Yes. You can move between Solo, Pro, and Studio whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing period so you keep the features you're paying for until then.
