What does the Solo plan include?
Solo is $9/month and includes unlimited bookings, deposit & cancellation controls, booking reminders, full client profiles, and basic revenue analytics — everything a solo artist needs to run bookings and protect the calendar.
What's the platform fee on Solo?
Solo's published platform fee is 1.69% of eligible card-payment volume, excluding tips and taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Stripe processing is separate.
When should I move up to Pro?
Move to Pro when you want gift cards, packages & memberships, automated reviews & CRM, and email + SMS reminders. Pro also carries a lower platform fee, so at higher eligible card-payment volume it can cost less overall.
Can I cancel Solo anytime?
Yes. Solo is month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime and it stays active through the end of your current billing period. Your data stays exportable via one-click CSV at any time.
Can I downgrade or upgrade from Solo later?
Yes. You can move between Solo, Pro, and Studio whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing period so you keep the features you're paying for until then.
