What's the platform fee on Studio?
Studio's published platform fee is 1.09% of eligible card-payment volume, excluding tips and taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Stripe processing is separate.
How many artists can I add on Studio?
Studio includes up to 5 artist seats across up to 3 locations, with a shared team calendar and commission tracking.
Can I cancel Studio anytime?
Yes. Studio is month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime and it stays active through the end of your current billing period. Your data stays exportable via one-click CSV at any time.
Can I downgrade or upgrade from Studio later?
Yes. You can move between Solo, Pro, and Studio whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing period so you keep the features you're paying for until then.
